Yellow Pages advertisers see high return on investment
Advertisers continue to obtain large volumes of valuable customer leads, as well as a high return on investment (ROI), from Yellow Pages.
That is according to call-tracking data published recently by the Yellow Pages Association (YPA), which revealed that Yellow Pages sales brought national display advertisers an ROI greater than 27:1.
Local display advertisers could expect to receive an ROI of nearly 13:1.
The study also revealed that in general Yellow Pages advertiser call volumes increased, with 60 per cent of participants indicating that they had experienced an increase in call volumes.
Neg Norton, president of YPA, commented: "The Yellow Pages continue to deliver a large volume of high-quality, cost-effective leads for local and national advertisers.
"These leads are from consumers who are ready to buy, making the Yellow Pages the most efficient means for advertisers to influence local purchasing decisions."
