As we enter the final stretch of the month, support around the company for Movember has grown; as have the ever-present moustache's harbouring the top lips of our male staff!
Since 2004, the Movember Foundation has run events and campaigns across the globe using men's faces to positively raise awareness and funds for male-health issues, in particular prostate cancer. The concept is simple; for the entire month of November, each committed 'mo-bro' must grow and groom a moustache, whilst conducting oneself in a true gentleman-like manner.
Nine of the Equi=Media team made this commitment as they entered the office for work on November 1st with a clean-shaven face, visualising their 30 days of moustache-craft, and fundraising graft.
Needless to say, over the last couple of weeks the team have come on leaps and bounds with their fine 'moustachery', and taken a lot of ridicule along the way.
We must pay huge thanks to all who have donated to this worthy cause so far, and a massive tribute to our male participants who have fought through the itching.
