Evian has announced that it will use social media to help it conduct a Ball Hunt ahead of the start of Wimbledon.
The world-renowned tennis competition will begin on June 25th and as the official water of the tournament evian is inviting fans to partake in a Ball Hunt to win tickets to the contest, The Drum reported.
Excitement for the championship is already building, with qualifying beginning today (18th June).
To get involved and partake in evian's competition, people can follow clues posted by the evian ball boy on Twitter and Facebook as to his location.
According to the news provider, the posts will run between June 22nd and 25th and participants must check in to the location they suspect the ball boy to be.
A numbered tennis ball will then be given, before a winner is chosen to receive a set of VIP tickets.
The draw will take place every day, giving participants lots of chances to get their hands on the golden prizes.
Laura Pope, evian brand manager, told The Drum: "The evian Ball Hunt is just one part of our summer campaign to bring the evian Live young spirit and Wimbledon partnership to life.
"We have also planned a heavyweight London outdoor advertising campaign featuring evian brand ambassador and women’s world number one Maria Sharapova in an evian Baby Inside campaign t-shirt.
"There will also be Wimbledon themed evian bottles for sale and some great special offers across the UK."
Furthermore, the company will run a Live young experience for fans stuck in the Wimbledon ticket queue, while inside their will be a VIP Live young Suite and evian cafe, Ms Pope explained to the news portal.
The campaign is set to boost social media activity for the brand and will help to create a band of followers eager to get their hands on the exclusive tickets.
