Rosie joined Equi=Media as a Search Planner and in 2007 was promoted to Search Development Manager responsible for ensuring all Equi=Media clients get the best possible value from natural and paid search in their marketing mix.  Now promoted to Head of Search, Rosie manages Equi=Media's search team and works with managers across the company to devise efficient digital media plans for financial services, retail, holiday and charity clients such as Abel & Cole, Everest, Forest Holidays, esure and Joules Clothing.

What do I do at Equi=Media?

"I ensure the natural and paid search teams maximise the efficiencies of each Client's investment in search.  I work with media planners and account managment across the business to ensure budgets are efficiently deployed and maximum value is extracted from our clients budget every week.  I also manage the development of the search team ensuring our clients campaigns benefit from the attentions of highly skilled optimisers and Equi=Media delivers great ROI from our clients' budgets."
