www.printerland.co.uk has rolled out a new website this week, which seeks to offer customers an improved cross device experience. The site, which equimedia has designed and built alongside Printerland's in-house development team, is fully responsive and designed to give a great shopping experience regardless of the size of device the visitor is using. Further to this, equimedia has worked closely with Printerland to refine the user interface so that key elements (such as the home page, the navigation and the shopping funnel) have all been optimised with user experience as a priority.
"Printerland wanted to improve conversion rates and the performance of the site across devices. We therefore worked out a responsive solution and a straightforward way of working with the client to deliver this." Ryan Webb at equimedia explained. "We put a lot of time and effort into planning the user experience before we even thought about design and build and we're very pleased with the outcome."
James Kight, Managing Director at Printerland, said: "Our decision to aim for a responsive website gives our customers the opportunity to purchase our products seamlessly and without hassle, regardless of the device they use to browse. Equimedia's expertise and experience helped to ensure that our vision was realised in the most effective way, and we're sure that our business will continue to fly with them on board."
The immediate results look incredibly positive and equimedia hopes to work with Printerland on further projects to improve website and marketing effectiveness.
