Overall graduates working in each team have a real mix of core disciplines - there is no one size fits all approach to our means of assessing in which team you are more likely to learn and succeed, however, ideally we would like you to have an academic degree, ideally science, maths, technology or English based with a minimum 2:1.
Science, English or Maths ‘A’ levels if not studied to degree level.
Positive communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
Computer literacy, with solid skills in all Office programs but especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to recognise problems and resolve them.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with presentation experience
Great organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage and juggle workloads efficiently.
A tenacious attitude and desire to work hard and prove yourself.

To help you select the most appropriate role we have prepared a brief overview of the type of degrees most suited to each discipline.
1. Media Planning & Buying
Appeals to graduates with Arts or Science degrees and those who’ve studied Business Management, Geography or Psychology. Having an A level Science or A level Maths helps as you need to be numerate and understand our establish a control, test and learn approach to campaign planning and optimisation.
2. Programmatic Planning & Optimisation
More likely to appeal to graduates with Science, Maths or Technology Degrees including Computer Science or Psychology BSc, although others with an interest in maths, data analysis or coding would thrive.
3. SEO & Analytics
This is definitely for those who are strong using data and analysis to support an outcome – more likely to appeal to a Computer Science, Maths and Statistics graduates although your enthusiasm and interest in coding and data analysis to form a valuable insight is a strong advantage in these roles so Physics is good too!
4. Content Creation & Social Marketing
Great ideas and content requires creative thinkers who are happy to work alongside our SEO and Analytics team who will help provide the insight for the creation of content. Graduates are typically with degrees in history, design, English, creative writing and journalism.
5. Account Management
We would ideally have you spend at least six months in one of our service teams prior to moving into Account Management. If you thrive at working in one of the teams and can demonstrate great people and organisational skills we can help you assess if this is the direction to go in through our ongoing mentoring program.
