Are you logically minded, have a passion for all things digital and not scared by numbers? equimedia are offering a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic graduate to join this great digital agency and receive market-leading paid search training.

As a paid search (PPC) executive at equimedia you will learn all about the digital landscape from one of the best agencies in the country. We will teach you all you need to know about paid search marketing, the techniques you will need to master to run successful campaigns in Google or other search engines and the role the channel plays in the digital marketing landscape, so you can kick start your digital career.

We will teach you how to research client markets, plan activity according to clients’ business aims and create campaigns that grow website traffic and maximise the return on all digital activity. We’ll also teach you to copywrite effectively for paid search and set up, manage, analyse and optimise innovative paid search campaigns.

As a new PPC executive in our busy team you will support colleagues in the day to day running of campaigns for a range of exciting and well-known B2C, B2B and charity blue chip clients while you learn from some of the best PPC experts in the business.

Typically you will learn how to:

  • research market potential
  • use research data to plan and forecast paid search campaigns
  • set up campaigns and tracking so we can measure responses
  • copy write PPC ads which get the right people responding
  • analyse results and optimise campaigns to maximize performance
  • manage client budgets effectively
  • deploy all the latest paid search techniques to best effect
  • work with other equimedia teams to develop client strategy

Numbers shouldn’t terrify you, you should want to receive great training, be a good team player and have a logical organised approach to your work.

Key skills and qualities we are looking for include:

  • Ideally an academic degree, science, maths, technology or English based with a minimum 2:1. Science, English or maths ‘A’ levels if not studied to degree level
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Comfortable with data analysis
  • Logical approach
  • Strong time management and prioritising skills
  • Some understanding of online advertising with a passion to learn more about the industry
  • Good Excel skills
