A little bit about Gemma ...

Gemma joined equimedia in 2014 as part of the graduate scheme, but soon found that her passion was in media planning and buying and joined the media team permanently, working her way through the ranks to her current senior manager role.  

Gemma has gained experience planning and buying media campaigns across multiple sectors: Charity, B2B, Insurance, and FMCG. Gemma's experience has allowed her to tackle media planning with an audience centric, data first strategic mind set which results in executing targeted media campaigns that deliver responses.

Why I love what I do ...

“I love the challenge of tackling briefs with strict KPI’s and difficult to engage with audiences. Interrogating previous results and analysing the target audience to ultimately generate a media plan that I can present with enthusiasm and pride is exciting. The best bit is then being able to execute the media plan and report on the results, to then ultimately feed more data back into my media planning in a test and learn approach."
