A little bit about John ...

Over a 30-year career, John has held senior positions in both agency and client side with companies such as O&M, Carat, Bertelsmann and MC&C Media.  

He has a wide experience of performance, brand marketing & integrated advertising solutions built on data-led insight on behaviour and value.  He has worked extensively in distance selling, continuity and subscription marketing across a wide range of sectors. 

A proven commercial thinker with a proven track record of delivering growth, profit and margin to support overall business needs, he is also an experienced trader & negotiator who has consistently achieved competitive audit pricing results for clients.  He has been an active member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) for 3 decades and ran his own media business in the early 90’s. His client work has been rewarded with 10 DMA, 1 Marketing Society and 1 IPA Effectiveness Gold awards.
