Throughout our 23 year history we have been lucky enough to work with a wide variety of charities & not-for-profit businesses, including The Donkey Sanctuary, Age UK, London’s Air Ambulance Charity & many more. Objectives vary by charity, but one that is always front of mind is improving the online fundraising journey and driving more donations.
We know how to drive well-qualified traffic to site that will donate, but that isn’t where the optimisation process ends, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) is essential to help “plug the leaky bucket” on-site. The last thing you want to do is spend time, money & effort delivering a fantastic fundraising campaign, only to lose those potential donors in the funnel.
In this 30 minute webinar we explained why CRO is vital for fundraising, showed how to successfully run a CRO programme with minimal time & effort (utilising a variety of freely available tools), and use examples of how we’ve done this to drive meaningful change in just 3 months. We specifically focussed on examples from our long term partner London’s Air Ambulance Charity, who joined us to co-present.
