Hangloose Adventure provide adventure experiences at the Eden Project and Bluewater. The facilities include a zip-wire, outdoor skydiving, rope adventures and giant swings amongst other dare-devil equipment.
Hangloose wanted to boost bookings for adventure days out by offering 20% off all activities between 24th November and 3rd December, capitalising on the Black Friday and Cyber Monday increase in online purchasing.

Using paid search, we created specific Black Friday ad copy with a pinned countdown customizer which showed how long the promotion would last, to create urgency and drive direct response.
We created a specific promotion ad extension and a shopping campaign promoting vouchers. Heavy competition in shopping campaigns meant we put the emphasis on promoting the standard search ads with the Black Friday copy where CPCs were less reactive.
The campaign helped Hangloose meet their overall revenue target per day with paid search delivering 30% of the revenues with a Return on Advertising Spend of 18:1.
